Mail-In Receipt Deadline June 1st, 2005
All ads must either be supplied as
camera-ready artwork, or as an electronic file on disk. Electronic format files that work well are
tiff, eps (as long as you include your Macintosh-compatible fonts), pdf, Quark
XPress, etc. Please do not send ads
created in word-processing programs unless you are able to export the file as
one of formats listed above.
All ads will be printed with black or dark ink on white paper.
Ads must be appropriate for a family audience. In order to
have time to resolve potential problems with ad composition
or format, please try to get ads in as early as possible.
As an
extra incentive Early Submissions before May 1st
will also appear on the convention web site as
Program Sponsors. (http://2005.nsa3d.org)
NSA 2005 and its agents cannot be responsible
for errors or omissions in program advertising.
